Introduce a sense of calm into your home with this A3 fine art print from the shemza.digital roots series. This work is a digitally rendered 3D image created using bespoke software developed in Unreal Engine, originally used to generate animations for the project’s latest interactive digital artwork - a guided meditation experience. With its flowing abstract forms and luminous palette, the piece is designed to evoke reflection and connection.
The shemza.digital roots project is created for and with the British public and celebrates heritage, wellbeing and connection. It draws inspiration from the pioneering work of British/Pakistani artist Anwar Jalal Shemza which is reinterpreted through the contemporary practice of Aphra Shemza, his granddaughter. By translating these ideas into digital and immersive forms, the project continues Shemza’s legacy for new audiences.
Proceeds from this edition directly support free public programming and the development of upcoming exhibitions.
